We’ve completely overhauled our site to ensure you have the least hassle possible when accessing your files.
If you are an existing customer then you may be wondering how you can access your files. It’s very simple:
- At the bottom of the page is a login form,
- just underneath that you will see a link to “register” click it and enter a username and your email address.
- You will then receive an email with confirmation of your registration.
- We then allocate your account to your specific area so you can access your files.
A couple of things that will be appreciated are the ability to create user accounts yourself and the option to recover your password if it’s forgotten.

So you’ve made it past the initiation and you have access to your files, but wait, you’ve clicked somewhere else and now the files are nowhere to be seen!
Don’t worry the link (usually the name of your company) is just at the bottom of the page where you logged in. Click it and your files will magically re-appear.
